MY THOUGHTS:
Everyone who has a hard time making saying no needs this book in their lives. I have an extremely hard time saying no to things I really don’t want to do, and I found reading this book helped me not to feel bad about it. It’s so nice knowing I’m not alone in feeling bad easily.
This author is very blunt in the way they explain how they don’t feel bad, and logically it’s simple. It’s the act of doing it that is always the hard part for me. I liked that scenarios were painted very clearly and in everyday life.
I would highly recommend this one if you are self- help book reader, or want to jump into the self help band wagon. This one would definitely be worth the buy and read.
